Batten down the hatches, because Dynamic Duo is about to return with new music! Choiza and Gaeko will release their 7th full-length album this July. The boys have had a consistent history of making hard-hitting rap tracks and soulful R&B-tinged slow-burners, and it looks like they’re going to keep on at full-speed, running signs like they don’t matter.

Korea’s edgiest girl group 2NE1 is gearing up for their most ambitious comeback yet. Yang Hyun Suk, CEO of YG Entertainment, revealed that 2NE1 will be releasing material for the rest of the year.
The news has been a long time coming. The last time Blackjacks heard new material from 2NE1 was in 2012 with “I Love You.” After repeated promises of a 2NE1 comeback in that year, the music never materialized.
To make up for lost time (or perhaps other lost assets, depending on your perspective), 2NE1 will release their long-anticipated comeback album piecemeal over the remainder of this year, with music videos included.
The first song to be released will be early July, called “Falling in Love.” Reportedly, the song is tinged with a reggae flavor, which was last seen on a remix of debut material “I Don’t Care.”
2NE1 is planning concerts that are expected to begin in October.
What will the girls do next? Will the comeback’s reality live up to the hype?
